Call to order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A regular monthly meeting of the Santa Cruz County Amateur Radio Club (SCCARC) Board of Directors was held via Zoom video conference call on 26 May 2022, and was called to order at 7:41 PM <\/p>\n\n\n\n Attendees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Board Members: Craig N6SBN; David N6DTA; Cap KE6AFE; Gary, K6PDL; Becky KI6TKB<\/p>\n\n\n\n Others: Ron K6EXT; <\/p>\n\n\n\n Board Members not in attendance<\/strong> Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We did not have a formal agenda for this meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1) Called to order 7:41<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2) approval of the minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Motion Passes<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3) Treasurer’s Report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don was reimbursed for the badges<\/p>\n\n\n\n there were donations from the swap meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4) Committee reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n Field day committee –<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roxy did a press release<\/p>\n\n\n\n Signup genius started<\/p>\n\n\n\n another planning meeting in a week or two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Board authorized reimbursement up to $500 with receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Becky will inquire if UCSC club will participate<\/p>\n\n\n\n Repeater committee – Report that phone patch was down. Craig is going to<\/p>\n\n\n\n investigate tomorrow. to check on patch and on the 440 antenna coax. Craig added surge protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New multi-mode 440 repeater is working. Craig needs to register it with<\/p>\n\n\n\n various organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Old Business<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5) Fire Extinguisher – Halon extinguisher was removed as unsafe and turned in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Becky will make inquiries as to cost & maintenance so we can approve a<\/p>\n\n\n\n replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6) Our vice president has stepped down.
