We did not have a formal agenda for this meeting.

\n2) approval of the minutes
\nMotion Passes<\/p>\n
3) Treasurer’s Report:
\n$5876.19 in the bank.<\/p>\n
4) Committee reports
\nField day committee:
\nSetup is tomorrow, Craig has some concerns about station location and they
\nmay get moved.
\nLots of volunteers for setup and teardown.
\nWe should do a formal thank you to Roxy. David will look into drafting a
\nformal thank you.
\nCraig has a CW key to present as a gift.<\/p>\n
Repeater committee:
\nBatteries need to be tested.
\n440 digital repeater is back in service.
\nCap is postponing pole installation until after Shakespeare season is over.
\nCraig has some designs for the solar panel installation that he will send us so<\/p>\n
Old Business
\n5) Fire Extinguisher:
\nNothing new.
\n6) Vice president
\nCraig has asked on the email list, but there has been no interest.<\/p>\n
New Business
\n7) Harassment policy:
\nCraig has suggested that we adopt a harassment policy to protect the club
\nand board members from liability.
\nDavid suggested that instead of attempting to amend the bylaws, we instead
\nadopt a code of conduct. He will send out a draft proposal.<\/p>\n
8) KJ6FFP:
\nThe registration for KJ6FFP has lapsed.
\nBob Wiser has taken the lead in getting it back into coordinated status.
\nVince will reach out to him to see what help the club can provide.<\/p>\n
