Lou Arbanas, NJ6H/SK

I will miss Lou.  He and I used to regularly test the radio at Watsonville Hosptilal.  He also was a wonderful arbritrator, helping settle misunderstandings in order to best support Amateur Radio and new operators.

Lou was also the DEC for Monterey County, and had a calm sense of what needed to happen when all was chaos.

He was a kind soul, and appreciated the importance of preserving history through education.  I will really miss him.
